Beaver Run Reservoir Community Meeting
Is the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County your water utility provider? Are you concered about the recent drought restrictions and the sale of the water to private entities? Join us for a Community Meeting in Vandergrift by Protect PT, Three Rivers Waterkeeper, and Mountain Watershed Association to voice concerns over and discuss the causes of low water levels in the Beaver Run Reservoir.

Plum Injection Well Community Meeting
WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE? A lot has happened in the past few months with the Plum Injection Well. Protect PT, FracTracker and Three Rivers Waterkeeper are holding a COMMUNITY MEETING to give updates to the community on our current legal cases and how this will affect the residents of Plum living around the injection well.

Clairton Resource FairSpring into New Resources: Resources for Environmental Justice Communities. Join us in partnership with the Environmental Justice Table Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 6:30 PM for an exciting event focused on empowering our communities with resources for environmental justice. This in-person gathering will take place in the gymnasium at Clairton High School.

Spring Watershed Ecology Walk & TalkJoin us on Saturday April 6th for a water ecology program at Fall Run Park with Three Rivers Waterkeeper! We will discuss how to ID common plants and critters that can be found in or near rivers and streams in the early spring, and those specific to Fall Run. We will also talk about monitoring for pollution in our waterways and how that can impact the flora and fauna in our rivers and streams.

baden earth day 2024We will celebrating Earth Day this year at Sisters of St. Joseph's Earth Day celebration in Baden, PA. Neighbors of all ages are invited to the Sisters of St. Joseph Motherhouse grounds (located at 1020 West State Street) to celebrate Earth Day!
